The hotel atmosphere was fantastic.

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice; we were happy with our room and super grateful to be able to stay with our doggy.

Nothing was worth the money—from the room to the service to the staff. When we checked in, a dog was barking in the opposite room, so we were moved to a room with two single beds even though we had a 5‑year‑old child. The reception staff disconnected calls when we tried to reach room service. In the bathroom there was no separate enclosed area for the bath, the whole bathroom was wet and slippery, only one Bisleri water bottle was provided, and an extra bottle cost Rs 40.
