“Smooth, easy fun time”
Convenient location, felt safe, and clean!
“Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I would probably stay here again if they cheer it up..”
The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the ancient Otis elevator—it added a charming touch to the place as long as it stays practically functional. The hotel sits close to eating and dining options, just a short walk or drive away, and the staff were friendly. It’s a convenient drive between San Jose and Mountain View. However, the room could use more towels, and it felt like a bleak, undecorated dormitory because it lacked abstract paintings, photos, or color. The return of the deposit should be quick, not take days, and the toilet flushing is super loud. Even though the water pressure is great, it felt like I was waking up neighbors, lol.
“great stay, helpful staff, will return”
Cherry Orchard is a clean, well‑maintained hotel with useful amenities and a great location. Vic, the manager, runs the team smoothly, making everything feel seamless during your stay. Thank you, Vic and team! It’s always great to come back to Cherry Orchard. The only suggestion is to replace the pillows with higher‑quality ones, as the current ones have run their course.
