“Bad”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late, but the room itself was a bit of a letdown. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well, but the bathroom was a different story - it was dirty and the shower wasn't very clean. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but I'd think twice before staying here again.

I booked a room at the Hotel Europa in the heart of the city, right next to the famous train station. The outside picture didn't quite do it justice, but the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, the hotel itself was a bit of a letdown - the room was small and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the noise from the street outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The very polite and genius owner is very friendly. And his friend is on the sofa happily talking all the time in a good atmosphere. SBI bank is in front of the hotel. It's very convenient

The Hospitality, Wonderful and welcoming Staff. Great In Room and In Hotel Facilities. Cleanliness. Good Location near about all the market bara bazar ,new market. Nothing to share

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Classic international . The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring near new market kolkata. It’s within walkable distance from the metro, has plenty of food options nearby, and is also close to the main market, making it very convenient bara bazar . Great value for money with all essential amenities provided. Highly recommend for a short or business stay. nothing to share
