I was very unhappy. There was no communication even after I emailed and texted them several times to confirm if the room was suitable for our dog. They also misrepresented the room: it advertised a TV in the room, but an automatic message told me it was a shared sitting room with TV. I told them we didn’t want a shared sitting room because our timid dog needed a private space, but they didn’t reply, so we had to cancel and were charged for the night while having to find another place. Not happy!

The bathroom was fantastic and the breakfast was really nice, but the hallway light was on and we probably could have turned it off.
