I liked everything from the start of the stay until I had to get back to my routine. I can’t miss mentioning the receptionist Sathia, who kindly explained how to get a single‑trip transport ticket since I wasn’t driving. Her tips helped me visit several beaches—Feiticeira, Praia do Sino, Perequê, Julião, Portinho, Curral, and the Goat Islands. I also tried the Pimenta de Cheiro restaurant and used the water bus, paying 1 real on Sunday with the ticket she made for me. The market had good prices; I walked 900 m and used VA and VR; the nearby ones were much pricier. Everything was enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The simple room was calm and homely. I stayed in room 12, which required climbing almost 100 steps, but the view was worth it. I have nothing to complain about—just thank God for the opportunity and the lodge for trusting me. I’ll definitely come back. The only downside was the rubbery insects that are part of nature; I had to use a lot of repellent, yet bites were inevitable.
The overall experience was great, except for one night‑shift receptionist who treated me like the dumbest person on earth when I asked for a tip; all the other staff were extremely polite.
This is my third stay at the lodge, I really like it, the breakfast is tasty, the place is extremely clean, and the staff are kind.
