We spent a night in a suite and overall the experience was decent. The best thing about the hotel is its location – front‑row access to El Cuco beach lets you enjoy the sea without hassle. Getting in by sedan is easy, which is appreciated. The suite rate includes breakfast, and while it isn’t spectacular, the food was tasty and matched the price. We also valued the staff’s friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. The room left a good impression: everything was very clean, especially the sheets and bedding. The beds were comfortable, in good condition, and well cared for. The air conditioning worked flawlessly with no usage restrictions, and they provide complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. We traveled as a family of five and found it suitable for all ages, from kids to seniors. If you’re looking for a prime seaside spot, clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly service at a reasonable price, you’ll likely enjoy it. However, if you’re a tourist seeking modern facilities, a more refined experience, or a hotel with higher finish quality, you might want to consider other options. The hotel does need to invest more in maintenance. It feels more like a converted house than a proper hotel, with neglected green areas, unkempt grass, and a general lack of attention to finishes and presentation, which lowers the perceived quality and fails to convey a high‑end hotel image.
