The service was the friendliest I’ve seen on the entire Uckermärker Land route! Still, the hotel could use more guests.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, and a superb location right by the train station. The pre‑arrival communication was also excellent and very helpful.

Breakfast was good and matched the needs. The staff and management were approachable. The décor of all public spaces was tasteful, especially the contrast between historic details and modern art. The non‑alcoholic drinks in the fridge all come in Kronkorken bottles, which aren’t very convenient for taking on excursions.

“Dicht am Bahnhof und unweit der Altstadt.”

Very friendly staff, centrally located near the train station, good breakfast, and a balcony with a view of the station.
