I was the only person from Aurangabad, the other guest was from Karnataka, but the hotel counter staff didn’t attend because they lacked knowledge.

The rooms are spacious, but the old hotel shows no upkeep, a musty smell lingers throughout, the restaurant is dirty and the food is awful, and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Booking through Yatra.com or other sites never gets good service or a decent room; if you want any upgrades or changes, they demand extra money, and staff even told me that booking directly would get more discount, so why give Yatra any advantage? We were really disappointed: our room 214 is next to the restaurant chimney, so at 12 midnight we heard the chimney noise; we called staff for a room change, they promised it, but no one came to move us or even check in. Bad experience overall.
