The beds were comfy and the breakfast decent, especially the carrot cake, yet the hallway carpet was dirty, the bathroom tiny, basic items like shampoo, conditioner, and tissues were missing, and the smoking area right outside the entrance was a surprise for a 4‑star property. The hotel sits on a very busy street in an area that felt unwelcoming, so overall it seemed more like a 3‑star and didn’t deliver the warm, comfortable experience expected.

The breakfast was quite nice and the hotel is close to the metro in a central spot, but the wardrobe in the room is inadequate.
