Near the center. Not clean.

The staff managed to get another room for extra payment. They claim they didn’t get the reservation.

Strategic location and the lobby was great. Get free orange juice unlimited at lobby. Suddenly the door access was out of battery. Technician come to fix it around 10 min

Lokasi strategis ditengah kota Banda Aceh, dekat dengan warung makanan dan toko oleh-oleh. Meminta penjemputan di bandara melalui email tapi tidak ada tanggapan. Hari pertama diberikan kamar tanpa jendela dan tidak ada sinar matahari masuk. Air panas di kamar mandi tidak berfungsi. Keributan di kamar-kamar sebelah dan ruang umum karena sedang ada rombongan paskibra yang menginap
