The lobby and restaurant were neat, which was nice, but the room itself was practically a cave – the lighting was pitifully dim and there was no coffee or tea service. Breakfast was only Chinese‑style, which felt out of step with the hotel’s price tag and overall vibe.

The décor on the ground floor looked cheap, more like a budget inn than an Atour property, while the reception up on the 14th floor finally looked decent.
