The location was fine and housekeeping was great, but the front desk felt like big scammers, and they falsely advertised breakfast when there was none; the bedding had many burn holes, which made no sense in a non‑smoking room.

A cockroach ran across my face, I asked for a refund and still haven’t heard back; it was very disappointing and I’ll never stay at a Super 8 again, hoping they will at least refund me.
