There was a wide selection of dishes at breakfast, but lunch and dinner were very limited, only one dish. The bathroom feels like a Hobbit’s, terribly cramped and has been in need of renovation for a long time. There are only a few TV channels, but that’s probably because the cable was wired to a radiator. The staff were not very helpful; I was given a room with two single beds in different corners, and when I asked to change rooms, I was told all were occupied. Oddly, the parking lot that could fit about 30 cars only had three cars parked. The location is great, a minor renovation and better staff training would make the hotel more attractive to tourists.

“Convenient location.”

Close to the bus station, within walking distance. The lobby and dining room have been updated. Breakfast offers a lot of food. The room fixtures feel a bit dated and the place lacks charm; I was here for the Tatras so it was just acceptable.

“Gut”

Breakfast was very good, and the location is also excellent. When lining up for coffee, it took too long.
