The apartment, located in a historic building in Montelupone, is furnished with great attention to detail; from its splendid terrace you can admire the sunrise over the sea and enjoy the view of Recanati on the hill a few kilometres away. On that terrace breakfast is served in the morning by the kind and attentive Mrs Carla, abundant, rich and very good. Montelupone is a small village but there are excellent restaurants and pizzerias: let Mrs Carla give you recommendations.

Breakfast was excellent and the host was super helpful and welcoming. The property is very well maintained and the cleanliness impeccable.

The kindness of Mrs. Carla and the location were fantastic, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was having to leave the place 😆

A truly charming spot, well‑served and right by the sea. The breakfast was great, with fresh brioche each morning—delicious! Highly recommend.
