I had to give a low rating to leave a written note because check‑in was at 20 hrs, the taxi driver from the station couldn’t find the hotel on his GPS and couldn’t take me. A second driver kept saying the way was long and the price would be over $100; the hotel pointed me to the door to exit. Booking suggested a place near the station. I emailed the hotel saying I couldn’t get there and had to go back to Booking to find another hotel by that time, and it was very dark and cold. This was the first time I’ve had an unsuccessful booking.

The staff were slow and terrible. Compared to modern love hotels, it’s too old‑fashioned, the menu is limited and there’s no breakfast menu. At this time of year, the mountain is cold at night, the floor heating is chilly, so be careful after a bath! Also one charger is not enough these days, and it’s unacceptable that credit cards don’t work.

The Enna area has many hot springs and few business hotels, so they’re often full. Luckily this one was available and that helped me out. The location is a bit confusing.

I wish the room had a personal fridge; the TV just wouldn’t play anything.
