I was really pleased with the excellent attention I received and the hotel's great location, close to the pyramids. It made for a fantastic stay.

I had a really frustrating experience with my booking. When I arrived, I was told that the hotel I had booked wasn't the one advertised and that someone had been using the photos for another hotel. This meant I had to rebook with them, which ended up costing me three times the original price - definitely something to avoid.

I was really impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff, the excellent location, and the cleanliness of the place. I'd especially like to thank Abdulrahman for his helpfulness - he made a big difference to my stay.
