The location is almost perfect, close to the center yet the parking is easy to find and free; the house, though small, is spacious, charming, and has all the necessary comforts. It has an oven, air‑conditioning, a coffee machine, and we also found oil, salt, pepper, and spices. The owner is very kind and helpful. A highlight was the two adorable kittens, looking for cuddles, belonging to the owner who lives next door in a converted garage. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV, a sofa, and a nice shower. The blankets and towels were clean. Everything was perfect.

The landlord is very nice and accommodating, communication and check‑in were smooth. The location on Prato is ideal—max 30 minutes on foot to the center, max 45 to the station. The facilities are quite basic, but we didn’t miss much (maybe a kettle). Mainly the air‑conditioning worked (essential at 38 °C at the end of July) and the beds were comfortable! Parking right in front of the house doesn’t always work; the street around the corner is usually better.

It lacks overall cleanliness—the floor was a little dusty, some items fell from the ceiling in the bathroom every day, and there were empty shampoo bottles in the shower.
