“Good for a short time not a long time.”
Decently located to amenities. The hot tub jets were weak to nonexistent, and the cost was high.
The rooms were nice and clean, with basic decor and a good line of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The big letdown was that the pool was closed, which was a major disappointment since we had chosen the hotel to enjoy it with our grandkids.
“Agréable”
Bien situé ; propre ; les lits confortables ; une piscine une salle de sport et une salle de jeux ; nous sommes restés une seule nuit. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu plus de choix
“Great stay, highly reccomend!”
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a bit let down when the pools closed unexpectedly, but the front desk still gave my kids goodie bags, which was a nice touch. The only downside was not being able to use the pool or hot tub.
“Staff very friendly”
The hotel is conveniently close to West Edmonton Mall.
