Latour Mestia

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff were friendly, plus the food was good. The shared bathroom was noisy and uncomfortable, which was a drawback.

I found it to be a really nice spot in a very quiet area with a view. The staff were very kind, and one worker kept checking in to see if everything was okay and if I needed anything.

“Felt right at home!”

Latour Mestia felt like a family home. I met some staff who genuinely cared about the property and guests, were extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was ready early even before 7 am. The view of the mountains was lovely. The building is well designed and currently being renovated to improve it further. I would highly recommend this hotel! 🙌 The only downside is that it isn’t right in the center, but it’s still less than a 10‑minute walk.

We stayed one night and it was a pleasure! Everything was clean and comfortable, the hosts were very nice and welcoming, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend! The only issue was that there was no elevator.

Silence. Adequate distance from the main street. Tasty breakfasts. Beautiful balcony views. A village‑house atmosphere. Hospitable hosts. Dog Maxik. If needed, you can ask for a kettle in the room, change towels out of order, or get an extra pillow. In the corridor you can take a heater to the room in summer when central heating isn’t working. Good sound insulation. Well‑maintained grounds (with a garden!) and convenient covered parking. An industrial diesel generator in case of power cuts (common in Mestia). A very friendly young man (nephew, sometimes filling in for the owner). The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, though it’s under construction.
