“Top tier service, exceptional stay”

We snagged a complimentary upgrade, and the team kindly carried our luggage to the room while we were out. The shuttle driver was friendly and even offered to take us straight to Beitou Station at checkout. The overall service and facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a nice soak; we’ll definitely return on our next Beitou visit. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, so we had to lug our bags down at checkout, but since we stayed on the second floor it wasn’t a big issue.

Upon arrival, thanks to the national travel subsidy, a room was available and we were upgraded to a deluxe semi‑outdoor room; the hot spring experience truly benefits from the semi‑outdoor setup. The staff were helpful, contacting me quickly after booking to confirm whether I needed a shuttle, and assisting with luggage upon arrival. The room and water were ready promptly, everything was smooth, and they even proactively reached out if something was lost, showing genuine care. The service felt genuinely excellent. Personally, because of a spinal injury, the lower bed height in the deluxe semi‑outdoor room made getting out of bed a bit harder, but that’s a personal issue, not a hotel fault. Still, I’d advise anyone considering bed height to keep it in mind.

“friendly staffs, fantastic services pick up and drop off”

The onsen was great, breakfast was acceptable, and the room had enough space for us. Nothing else to add.
