I was quite disappointed with the room's initial smell, which was overpowering due to dust and an unpleasant odor from the bedding and pillows that seemed to have gone unwashed for over a year. Unfortunately, I couldn't even use the bathroom because of the lingering smell. However, it's worth noting that the clean and fragrant bed sheets, blanket, and pillowcase were a pleasant surprise.

I recently had a frustrating experience with my hotel reservation. Despite my request to cancel, I was unable to do so because my account had been compromised by an irresponsible individual. The situation was quite stressful, but I appreciate the hotel's efforts to assist me in resolving the issue. However, the initial inconvenience caused by the unauthorized access to my account left a lasting impression.
