The staff were good, but the elevator was broken.

Next door was banging loudly, so I couldn’t sleep; at 5 am I went to the restroom and found my right cheek swollen after something in the bed bit me and I scratched my left arm, even though I showered before bed.

I had a confirmed reservation, yet when we arrived the staff told us the room had been given to someone else, even though no other rooms were available; I thought that was a Seinfeld joke, but it was real.
