Clean bed. Cleanness – breakfast was poor – AC was loud – floor was dirty – toilet was dirty.

Good location between Boston and the universities in Cambridge, making it easy to explore both areas on foot. It is also conveniently located near a train station. The room was comfortable (my only complaint would be the lack of a main overhead light in the room) and the breakfast was good. Overall, good value for money for a stay in the area

The room was spacious, but the common area was limited.
