“Fantastic holiday.”
We spent a week here at the end of July and found the place genuinely lovely; the mobile home was spotless and well kept, and despite the large site and many guests, the evenings were calm. The resort’s own events, like bingo and other games, left us a bit underwhelmed, and most of the musical acts were karaoke, so the £150 entertainment pass for three people seemed a poor value, even though it also gave us pool access, which was jam‑packed the only time we went. It’s a solid pick for families with young kids, though my 12‑year‑old wasn’t thrilled. Still, the mobile home, the setting, and the people made the trip worthwhile, and I’d definitely return. On the downside, the beds were far too soft, and the previous guest had left the dishes dirty, so we had to wash everything ourselves, many still bearing drink residues at the bottom.
