“Great experience overall – highly recommended”

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel; overall, everything was excellent. The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a short walk from the beach and promenade, and it’s surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, with bus stops and several car‑rental offices only a few minutes away, making island exploration very easy. Free parking was a big plus for those driving. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. We had a street‑view room with a small garden, which turned out to be a great choice; I preferred that view because it was much quieter than the poolside and let me enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings without the daytime noise from the pool area. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The pool area was a highlight: the pool is large, very well maintained, and the water is pleasantly warm, with plenty of sun loungers creating a relaxing atmosphere all day. Food was varied, fresh, and of excellent quality, with plenty of choices each day. Most staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was our interaction with the restaurant manager, Andrés, whose approach seemed unprofessional and not guest‑oriented. As paying guests, we expected courtesy and respect, but the way the situation was handled left us disappointed. Thankfully, this did not reflect the attitude of the rest of the team, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive. Despite that isolated incident, we truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel’s excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful pool area, delicious food, and the professionalism of most staff make it a place we would gladly recommend and happily return to.

The room and the complimentary drinks/snacks were great. My stay was too short this time to enjoy all the amenities.
