The hotel needs renovation; everything is very poor. Unfortunately, I did not like the stay. The main issue was the lack of transparency and, above all, the absence of guest support. There was no daily cleaning or room service, the number of towels provided was insufficient, and cleaning was charged separately. We were only informed during the stay that towel changes and cleaning without extra cost could be done from the second day. These conditions should have been clearly stated at booking, not only after arrival. Moreover, we had great difficulty getting any support. No one answered the phone, and when we requested information or tried to resolve an issue, we did not receive adequate assistance. The TV also did not work, and despite these problems, we did not get the necessary support to fix them. It is very frustrating to pay for accommodation and then be left without assistance, clear information, or a solution to the problems presented. The lack of transparency, the absence of support, the extra cleaning charge, and the structural problems completely ruined the experience. A stay should at least offer clear information and guest support when something is not working. The experience was far below expectations and I do not recommend this accommodation.
