Good service, good breakfast. The room was not warm; it was almost cold and the temperature couldn’t be regulated.

Good breakfast, excellent location, great reception desk service, quiet rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. After staying a week, the wardrobe in the room isn’t suitable for organising items and luggage even though the room is spacious. In the bathroom the sink had no counter for placing a toiletry bag.

The staff are exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful and competent. Great location, good connections to Strætó and tour buses. I felt very comfortable. For a single person the hotel is very expensive.

“Amazing”

The lobby and spa were gorgeous, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom felt more like a school or public restroom and definitely needs an upgrade.
