Comfortable guest house in an ideal location. Parking can be a bit difficult but the property has a small car park for guest's use. Our room was clean bright & spacious, with a good bathroom.The mini bar in the room was an added bonus with soft drinks as well as a range of wines & spirits. Would definitely stay there again. We loved the fact it was small and personal. There were only 7 rooms so you got to know the other couples whilst there. If I had to be picky it would be the parking, we did know there was only a small car park so we got there early and managed to park at the house. There are plenty of spaces in the vicinity but a lot of work going on in the properties around so taken up with work vans

Attention to detail was great. Decor was lovely and very clean. Very good breakfast. Pleasant lounge with bar, with access to pretty garden. N/A

This was our second stay and just as before everything was perfect. Accommodation is excellent with every little extra in the room you may have forgotten there for you. Again really like the mini bar. Breakfast was excellent, I like the fresh fruit,yoghurt and yummy muesli.really enjoyed my toasted bacon sandwich as I didn't want a full breakfast.location is excellent and they genuinely care about their guests.already looking forward to our next stay. Nothing to dislike. Exceptional accommodation

The guest house was excellent, thanks to hosts Stephen and Archie who were wonderful. Breakfast was good, and the place is close to both the beach and the town centre, so I’ll definitely come back to Hunstanton.
