The staff were very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any request; they deserve a 10/10. The rooms felt a bit cold, indicating that the property is somewhat older, though not all rooms suffered the same issue. My friends’ rooms were warmer and cozier than ours, and the rooms were opposite each other.
