“Nice hotel but needs to align with”

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. However, the staff's communication was a bit of a headache – they kept sending me WhatsApp messages asking for payment, even though I'd opted for payment on check-in. To make matters worse, they'd overbooked for New Year's Eve and asked us to cancel for a discounted price. And if that wasn't enough, their website listed the check-out time as 13:00, but it was actually 12:00.

“Niet aan te raden”

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a letdown. The rooms were ridiculously noisy, with a broken showerhead and rotten wood in the bathroom. To top it off, the male receptionist was pretty unfriendly. Still, the location was a major plus.

“Do not pay to stay in this hotel. There are much better ones for the price”

The location was perfect, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ended. I got a last-minute cancellation notice just a few days before my stay, and when I tried to rebook, I was hit with a higher price. To make matters worse, the room was damp, and the noise from the elevator, traffic, and nearby music kept me up all night. Even simple tasks like closing the bathroom door left me and my wife with bruised hands due to the awkward handle placement.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference, but the humidity in the rooms was absolutely appalling. It was like walking into a sauna every time you stepped inside. The staff tried their best, but the conditions were pretty dire.

To be honest, I'm not sure what to say about this hotel. The location was good, and the staff were friendly, but that's about it. I'm not sure what the other guests were raving about, but I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary. Maybe I just got lucky, but for me, it was a pretty average stay.
