The staff were very nice and polite, and the beds were very comfortable. I wish the room had a microwave.

I had an amazing time at the Westin Tyson's Corner. The staff were wonderful and very helpful when I needed assistance. The hotel is in a great spot with many stores and the mall nearby. The free shuttle to the mall and other close locations was a lifesaver, especially when I had internet issues. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in DC.

Overall, the room was nice, the lobby and staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Parking was a problem—paying extra wasn’t worth it, and we were charged twice. We thought breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn’t since we booked it; I wish we’d known it was a bit overpriced. The room thermostat didn’t work well; we tried to lower the A/C to make it warmer, but it didn’t respond.
