Meadowview in Cullompton is an adults‑only B&B offering private check‑in, sound‑proofed rooms with en‑suite bathrooms, garden views, and complimentary Wi‑Fi. Guests receive a continental breakfast featuring vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‑free choices, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit, and juice. Free on‑site parking, work desks, and dining areas complement its proximity to Exeter Airport (23 km), Tiverton Castle (10 km), and Diggerland (3.6 km).

Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of foods, and the rooms were lovely and cosy.

The place was exceptionally clean and the setting lovely. David & Carol provided an impressive spread: continental breakfast, cream cakes, plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, ham, cheese, bread, yogurts, croissants, fresh milk, orange juice, and a range of teas and coffee. They also stocked jam, marmalade, honey, and marmite. The self‑contained room had a sofa and dining table, a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a bathroom with a generous selection of towels. David and Carol did an outstanding job making our stay one of the best we’ve had at any B&B. We’ll definitely come back.

Carol was very welcoming, and parking was easy. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. She stocked the fridge with items for a lovely continental breakfast and added fresh cream cakes, making it a highly recommendable place to stay again.

Location (access to/from the M5) and facilities were exceptional. The breakfast items on offer were particularly good and generous. Road access is via a very narrow country lane - be prepared to reverse to a passing place when you meet a large vehicle!
