The place was not clean at all, catastrophic, but the location was good; I asked for the room to be swept, and they said “yes tomorrow,” yet it was full of garbage on the floor.

The price and location were good, but the cleaning was done yet the place was dirty (run-down); the guests had low manners, and a child was doing the reception and cleaning (child labor?).

There were bed bugs, the hostel was super dirty—very, very filthy, everything smelled bad. They could clean better and improve a bit, and it could be a wonderful hostel; I don’t understand why it was trashed like that.
