Nelly was so lovely, the service was impeccable and caring, and the hotel itself was lovely with great facilities. We brought our 8‑month‑old baby and felt very well accommodated! The room was clean and we had a great breakfast 😁. The bed dipped in the middle, which made for an awkward night's sleep.

“Really nice place to stay”

The staff were really friendly, and the mosaics around the lobby were gorgeous. The only hiccup was that we couldn't use the pool one afternoon because the water was just too dirty.

Breakfast was solid, the pool was a nice touch, and the house itself is pretty and in a great spot. Nelly was amazing with the service. The beds and pillows felt a bit firm, and the fan made a lot of noise—could be quieter for better sleep.

The complex looks nice and works well, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is good, everything was clean, and the breakfast was top‑notch. The only downside was that we got a different room than we booked—what we had was two single beds and a double instead of four singles, and they were next to each other.
