The staff were very friendly, but the refrigerator made a lot of noise at night because it’s old, and the room door needs fixing. The price should be lower given the age of the building and the room.

The room was spacious and spotless, yet the bed was a double instead of a Queen, and there were no USB ports.

The location fit the trip’s purpose and was quiet, with a business‑center area to work. However, cleanliness and comfort fell short; rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, and we were told cleaning only happens on request or for stays over two weeks. We stayed 7 nights, wanted the bathroom cleaned and sheets changed, but that never occurred. There were beetle‑like bugs in the bathroom, and sometimes it smelled like sewage even when unused. A bit more attention to hygiene would have made the hotel much better.

The staff and other guests were great, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from everything you need, and the room was comfortable. Housekeeping should clean rooms more often.
