The room and the hotel's location were good, but you have to climb stairs because the elevator doesn't work.

The hotel’s location leaves much to be desired, especially at night. The staff is friendly, except for the afternoon receptionists who rudely asked if I was staying there. The value for money is poor; there are better hotels at the same price. I ended up staying only one night and switched rooms.

They didn't provide daily towels and I had trouble with hot water.

The room was comfortable, but there was no hot water at the time; I had to leave to ask about it and they didn't resolve it, so you can't bathe with water as hot as you want.
