“Toledo maravillosa”
I know Toledo well from having lived there, so I chose this hotel for its good price‑to‑location ratio; still, I was surprised at how easy it was to get from the free parking by the river to the Bisagra gate, just a few minutes on foot. They gave me a ground‑floor room and I worried about being woken by other guests, but everything turned out fine. What really amazed me was opening the window to a small private courtyard with plants, chairs, and a garden table. Above that, there were capsules for making coffee in the kitchen located in the lobby next to reception—like an unattended bar with coffee machines, cookies, and mugs available. There were also tables, but I chose to have breakfast in my courtyard. The only downside was that hot water didn't arrive; I showered with lukewarm water and reported it the next morning, and I assume they fixed it quickly.
