The food was excellent—kudos to the chefs. The wait staff, however, served low‑quality drinks and didn’t treat us well when we asked for more.

We had a great kids’ activity with a very friendly animation boss who was excellent with the children. But the overall experience was a total disappointment; we stayed again in 2023 after a good first visit, expecting the same level, and found the hotel in a state of severe disrepair, neglect, and extreme dirtiness. The facilities were far from satisfactory, and the lack of cleanliness was hard to ignore, giving the impression that maintenance and customer care had been completely sidelined.

The pools were pretty good. The food, however, was the same every week and there was a long line to eat.
