Only the location was good. The elevator shut too quickly, so we had to keep the door‑open button pressed to exit. Also, there was no extra blanket or pillow, and the air conditioner would spit out ice at night.

“Está bien pero puede mejorar”

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the bed was uncomfortable, and there were no armchairs, a side table, or a chair. Inside the bathroom there was no spot to place fresh toilet paper or any storage shelf, and the shower lacked a place to hang shampoo, forcing me to stack it on a tiny shelf. The TV’s cable service kept failing.
