The service and breakfast were good, but there was no double bed for a couple.

The check‑in service was very good, with a courteous and polite gentleman. However, the morning receptionist was rude, didn’t say good morning, and when I asked about replenishing the cold cuts at breakfast she seemed to delay it intentionally; she was also rude when I returned the key.
