Хотел Добринище

I liked the location, but the cups were stained, and there was no shampoo.

The location was unique—right in the city center opposite the mayor's office. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well designed and practical. During the summer months the room got a bit warm, so a cooler would be nice. The fridge didn't work well, and there were minor hygiene issues in the bathroom (stains) and some dust on surfaces and corners of the furniture.

The place was spotless, the staff were fantastic, and the location was simply unbeatable.

“Като цяло сме доволни, защото излиза евтино, но пък без удобства, лукс.”

The €6 breakfast left us satisfied – the first morning we ate two fried fillets with cheese and jam plus coffee, and the next day we had two soft rolls with the same toppings, coffee and a Bianchi espresso. The hotel sits right in the centre and we even received a discount on the lift fee as guests of the property. The balcony is fitted with a mosquito net and offers a lovely view. Unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room, which was a first for us and makes a summer stay impossible (we were there 5‑7.04.26). The bed linens felt synthetic rather than cotton, and the spa was out of order.

The rooms felt spacious and spotless, and the staff were attentive and friendly; being on the square meant everything was within easy reach. The only drawback was that neither of the two televisions turned on.
