The location, design, and cleanliness were good, and the owner was available. The shower water temperature was uneven, getting cold during the wash, and the wet floor made the shower slick and dangerous.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower great. Levon was an amazing host and very humble.

The location was perfect for those wanting to be close to the gardens, the avenue, and the central promenade; all service and the room itself were top‑level, worth every price, the room perfect, independent management without interference, maintained wonderfully—definitely will return. Everything was perfect.
