“A warm, authentic Japanese stay made unforgettable by wonderful hosts.”

A perfect stay! The place felt truly Japanese, cozy, comfortable, so clean, and full of charm. The breakfast was outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. Above all, the lovely couple running the place made us feel genuinely cared for. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and even gave us a ride to the train station. A wonderful experience that we would happily recommend! Nothing else to mention.

Staying in a real traditional Japanese home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and there was a great variety of breakfasts each day. The place was super clean, with daily laundry. The location – in the heart of the city – was a short ride from Kyoto train station and gave easy access to all the attractions. The neighbourhood was quiet.

“最高！”

Near Shimabara Daimon, the atmosphere was nice. It was within walking distance of the JR station, which was convenient. The owner and his wife were very kind. The breakfast was also tasty. No particular complaints.

“Wonderful hosts”

The hosts were absolutely wonderful and kind, the house was beautiful, each morning we were treated to a different home‑cooked breakfast, the bedding was comfortable, and it was close to public transport links – we couldn’t fault our stay.
