“Geweldige service en verzorging!”

We were very impressed with the service and care from the hotel staff. Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. He provides a fantastic breakfast both days. He can arrange transport to the center, although on the way there it’s very easy to walk (a few minutes) via a shortcut. On the way back a Tuktuk is nice because the hotel is a bit higher, but it’s not necessary. The view from the room to the center of Kandy is beautiful, you also look toward the lake. The rooms are not luxurious (the price reflects that) but neat and clean. It meets all expectations.

The view and staff were nice, yet the place felt dirty and very old.

“The music was playing until morning. There was no hot water. The breakfast was not good. The environment itself was not”

Only the bed linens were good, but the first bathroom had a brake issue.
