The owner welcomed us warmly, everything was spotless, facilities were excellent, the spot was perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great selection.

Everything was great – Julie and Iain were perfect, helpful, and kind hosts, giving us a comfortable stay and the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The room was very clean with beautiful views, and the location was ideal for traveling along the coastline by car, bus, or even walking the Cleveland Way. We only wish we could have stayed longer ;)
Everything from start to finish was great, and the hosts were excellent.
Everything looked beautiful, Julie was an amazing, very kind host, she went out of her way to please us and nothing was too much for her.

Everything offered was the best imaginable, from the room to the amazing breakfast, and the brilliant location—directly opposite the pub with a bus stop at the doorstep! However, due to our age and mobility limits, we wish all hotel and B&B toilets were like ours at home, 3 inches higher than normal; it makes a world of difference!
