“整體還是很值得推薦的飯店。”
The location was excellent and any issues were addressed promptly. However, I think my ears were too keen – on the first night the room constantly emitted a mechanical humming that ruined my sleep, but after reporting it they moved me to another room and the following night was completely quiet.
The hotel sits near Sapporo station, so walking around and shopping is easy. The staff used a translator to communicate effectively. Nothing negative – everything was loved.
When I fell ill they were incredibly caring and that really moved me, and the breakfast also met my expectations—thanks for everything.
The spot was superb, only a short walk to the bus stops (making the bus more convenient than JR), the staff were very professional, and the breakfast was plentiful.
