“Didn't meet expectations”
Breakfast. Cleanliness, rooms and services
The park is gorgeous and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The bathroom needs a makeover, and there are no window screens; since the ground‑floor rooms are tucked into the garden, screens would be a welcome addition.

The staff, especially at the front desk and the dining area, were great. I don’t think the hotel qualifies as a four‑star; the dining room is underground, lacks tablecloths, and feels more like a work‑after‑hours cafeteria. The room, and especially the bathroom with a door that wouldn’t close, along with several other minor issues, disappointed me.
The breakfast was excellent, and the location and amenities (gym and pools) were great. The air conditioning is turned off throughout the property. This was stated during booking, but I assumed that if the property had chosen to adopt this policy, the indoor temperatures would still be comfortable. Unfortunately, the room ended up very hot, especially during the day and even at night. Plus, there are no windows in the room (the only one is in the bathroom) and a door that opens directly onto the entrance, so you can’t sleep with it open to let some air circulate.
