My experience at Tranquila Hotels was absolutely disastrous. I arrived at the reception, only to find out that my booking had been cancelled without any prior notification. The receptionist then offered to 'upgrade' my booking to a worse room for an additional fee, which left me and my wife feeling utterly disheartened. The whole ordeal felt like a nightmare, and I couldn't help but feel that the management was completely out of touch with the needs of its guests.

My experience at this hotel was marred by a significant discrepancy between the room I paid for and the one I was actually given. It wasn't until I returned to book for a different date that I discovered the issue, which left me feeling misled and disappointed. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were warm and friendly, and I found it easy to get around. However, I was really disappointed with the hygiene standards - there was a strong stench from the bathroom drainage and the kitchen utensils seemed to be wiped clean rather than properly washed. To make matters worse, I saw a housekeeper use a towel from my bathroom floor to wipe down the kitchen surfaces.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay. The environment was neat and the staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was okay, and I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. However, I didn't have any major issues, so I was largely satisfied with my stay.
