Mirissa Eco Hills

The host was friendly, but the breakfast was modest—just a flatbread and a greasy donut, no eggs. The location was inconvenient; walking to the beach was far. The train mentioned in reviews is loud; I would jump out when it passed. The floor in the room and bathroom is very slippery, which was uncomfortable for me. The toilet lid doesn’t stay up. The room is not new and needs updating.

“Lovely place in mirissa”

My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Mirissa Eco Hills. The room stayed clean, comfy, and well kept. What made it special was the owner, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The setting was peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day in Mirissa. Overall it was a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I’ll definitely return to Mirissa and stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful View from Balcony and Nice Owner”

We absolutely loved it! The balcony offered a stunning view, and we could have breakfast there. The room was roomy and clean, even featuring a mini kitchen with a natural gas tank so we could cook ourselves. The owner was warm and helpful, checking in on us and offering to get dinner in town when my husband fell ill. The only downside was the 30‑minute walk to the beach, but given the price it wasn’t a big deal. The shortcut trail to the beach was natural and lovely, and a tuk‑tuk is easy to find if you don’t want to walk.

“Perfect for longer stay”

I would strongly suggest staying here. Cooking your own food is possible, and the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the trip feel smooth and cozy. I loved the balcony with its lovely view, and the occasional presence of monkeys added a unique touch to the stay.
