The amenities were plentiful. The front desk staff were not very friendly and seemed purely administrative.

We booked a room with two double beds, but were handed two separate rooms instead. Attempts to swap failed and no solution was offered. They also gave no explanation about changing pillows or using beauty items. The hotel claims to have parking, yet it directs you to an unrelated lot and refuses to honor the 1300‑yen daily rate. Communication was tough because they didn’t speak English, so I had to use my phone in their language.

The natural hot spring and drink service were great, but the bathroom lacked an outlet.

Everything was convenient and the design was simple and well thought out, with a good bath and breakfast, yet the room felt cramped and there was no coffee supplied inside.
